- They encouraged people to think about their role as employees and demand more rights.
- It encouraged workers to unionize and demonstrate in events such as the Winnipeg strike.
- While Canada rejected communism, some of the ideas did contribute to the advancement of worker's rights.
What are some technologies developed in the 20's that improved the lives of people?
- Many new technologies were put into mass production such as the radio, automobile, snow plow, and telephone .These these technologies made it easier than ever to communicate with others.
- Other technologies such as the washing machine gave people more free time.
